Nasdaq Falls 5.5% as Chip Stocks Lead the Worst Selloff Since April 2025

The Nasdaq fell 5.5% on Thursday, its worst day since April 2025, CNBC reports. The S&P 500 lost 4.4%. The Dow dropped 1,833 points, or 3.4%, to 51,523.

Chips took the worst of it. Nvidia fell 9.3% and AMD fell 17.3%. Micron lost about 17.5%. Reuters and CNBC point to doubts about AI data-center spending, plus fears that Tuesday's midterm results could slow new projects. Those fears are the market's reading, not a proven cause.

If you own index funds, you own a lot of these names. Check your chip exposure before Monday's open. One bad day isn't a trend, but it shows how crowded the trade is.

Nvidia’s record quarter could send this new type of AI soaring

Get in before it’s all over the news…

Nvidia just reported its biggest quarter in history…

$96.2 billion in revenue in 90 days…

That’s more than Coca-Cola makes in an entire year.

But it’s just getting started…

In fact, the top five hyperscalers — Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Oracle — are on track to spend $800 BILLION on AI this year…

And $1.3 TRILLION next year.

Do you know where most of that money is going to flow into?

Most people have no idea…

But I’ve found some clues.

Specifically, there’s a new type of AI on the rise…

I call it “Accelerated AI”…

That’s about to shatter the limitations of artificial intelligence as we know it…

Making it 100-times faster and more energy efficient.

Already, the stocks connected to it are ripping 133%… 217%… and even 320% or more

I put together an urgent video where I explain everything:

What is “Accelerated AI”…

The radical “light-speed” technology behind it…

And the name and ticker of my #1 “Accelerated AI” play I believe could break out very soon.

Google Plans a $17 Billion Wyoming Data Center Powered by Gas-Fed Fuel Cells

Google announced a $17 billion long-term investment in Wyoming on Thursday. Its first data center there sits in Laramie County. Bloom Energy fuel cells will supply 702 megawatts.

The fuel cells run on natural gas. Carbon capture will trap a large majority of the emissions, and Tallgrass will store the CO2 underground. Google also promised a community council and property taxes. AEP's fuel cell deal was reported earlier. The data center is new.

Voters pushed back on data centers this week. Google is offering its own power and local payments to win neighbors over.

Access is limited. Approved Daybreak Red customers get it through the API and Codex, with a wider rollout over the coming weeks, CSO Online reports. OpenAI gives it its highest risk rating. These results are OpenAI's own. Nobody has verified them independently. Update Firefox and your Linux kernels this week.
