## Google signs a 3.6-gigawatt power deal with Constellation

Google has contracted 3,590 megawatts from Constellation Energy on PJM, the largest US power grid, the companies announced Tuesday. About a quarter is new nuclear: a 20-year agreement for 890 MW from upgrades, known as uprates, at 11 Constellation reactors in Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The other 2,700 MW comes under a separate long-term supply contract. Constellation says the deal unlocks more than $4.3 billion of new investment, with the first upgraded output due in 2028.

Uprates squeeze more electricity from reactors already running, far faster than building new plants. For power-hungry AI data centers, that's the quickest nuclear option available. Constellation shares rose on the news.

#### Mistral previews a 1-trillion-parameter open model

Mistral opened a public preview of Mistral Large 4 on Tuesday, a natively multimodal mixture-of-experts model with 1 trillion parameters, 49 billion of them active. It was trained from scratch on 3,800 Nvidia Grace Blackwell GPUs in Mistral's own European data centers.

The preview API costs $1.36 per million input tokens and $4.18 per million output. Weights are due by the end of October; until then Mistral is red-teaming it with security firms and state authorities. Its pitch: closed models refuse legitimate vulnerability work, and this one won't.

#### Waymo's first loan reportedly grows to $5 billion

Waymo has upsized its debut private loan to $5 billion from an initial target of more than $3 billion, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the deal. Pimco, Blackstone and Sixth Street are among the lenders, Goldman Sachs arranged it, and it's priced at 5.25 percentage points over the benchmark.

The loan is expected to close shortly and will fund fleet expansion and rising compute costs as Waymo pushes beyond the US.

#### AI investors should get ready for a BIG surprise

Ignore this at your own peril

Do you hold any of these AI stocks?

[ ![AI stocks](https://storage.ghost.io/c/e3/ed/e3ed0d98-3725-4d93-a0ba-fe57945726af/content/images/2026/10/image1.png) ](https://tech-24-links.com/aigt24watchvideo1)

Wall Street insider Jason Bodner — the man who called Nvidia at $4.50 — says today's AI stocks are about to hit a wall.

And a completely different group of AI firms… names Wall Street is starting to ignore… are about to take off.

This has nothing to do with SpaceX…

A new chatbot…

Autonomous robots…

Or anything you're likely hearing about.

It has to do with a brand-new “light-speed” device turning AI as we know it into [“Accelerated AI”…](https://tech-24-links.com/aigt24watchvideo1)

Making it 100 times faster…

And 100 times more energy efficient — right here, on Earth.

Already, some of the biggest tech investors like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Cathie Wood, and Bill Gates are moving money into it.

Just to name a few…

[They're all moving money to prepare for what's coming.](https://tech-24-links.com/aigt24watchvideo1)

But you won't hear anything about it in the mainstream news…

In fact, TV pundits spent most of this past year talking about AI worries and its “existential risk” to jobs…

Or arguing whether we're in an AI bubble and when it would pop…

That's why most Americans won't see it coming until it's too late.

Don't be one of them…

Because if you're holding the wrong AI stocks when “Accelerated AI” goes mainstream…

You could spend the next decade just trying to claw back to even…

[But if you make the one move Jason reveals in this urgent video message…](https://tech-24-links.com/aigt24watchvideo1)

The next 12 to 24 months could hand you bigger gains than the entire AI boom of the last three years.

But hurry, because this opportunity won't stay hidden much longer.

Jason also shares details on 10 popular AI stocks he says you must dump before this shift goes mainstream. Names sitting in millions of 401(k)s, IRAs, and brokerage accounts.

#### Boston Dynamics hands the keys to an AI chief

Rohit Prasad, Amazon's former head scientist for Alexa and AGI, becomes Boston Dynamics' CEO today, the Hyundai-controlled robot maker said Tuesday. He's only its third chief executive, taking over from CFO Amanda McMaster, who had served as interim CEO since Robert Playter left in February.

The hire makes the priority plain: more AI inside the robots, and selling them at scale.

#### Meta and Sierra want one sign-in standard for AI agents

Sierra and Meta are developing Personal Agent Protocol, an open standard for how personal AI agents sign in to businesses and what they may do there. Built on OAuth, it lets an agent browse as a guest, then get read-only or write access once the customer signs in. Businesses choose whether agents use their website, APIs or own agent.

Walmart, Shopify, Stripe, Genesys and Rocket are partners, with Instinct joining. A v0.1 spec is due this month; payments come later. Stripe and Shopify also back Visa's rival Trusted Agent Protocol.

#### Anthropic opens its strongest cyber models to more defenders

Anthropic folded Project Glasswing into an expanded Cyber Verification Program with three tiers: Defense Access for incident response and malware analysis, Red Team Access for authorized penetration testing, and Specialized Access for vetted testers of grids, flight systems, telecom and banking networks. Approved users get looser cyber safeguards, including on Claude Mythos 5.1.

Anthropic says Glasswing partners reported at least 129,000 verified vulnerabilities between April and July, and calls that an undercount.
